The DigiPREP 240 MS Combi digestion system is the ultimate digestion block for heating samples from ambient temperature to 240°C efficiently and effectively.
Its innovative design incorporates a Teflon® coated chamber for use with two Teflon® coated graphite inserts. Each coated insert is designed for use with specific vessels whilst custom manufactured inserts are available upon request. The DigiPREP MS 240 Combi digestion system offers the latest in high temperature heater technology with an integrated temperature sensor to ensure rapid heating to the set-point temperature. The optional DigiPROBE PFA coated temperature probe accessory enables the direct control and monitoring of sample temperature in the digestions vessels.
It features:
- Non-metallic construction that eliminates sample contamination from the digestion system to the sample
- Teflon® coated graphite block to resist aggressive corrosive attach; guaranteed for long life
- Automatic over-temperature protection
- 4 cartridge heaters evenly spaced for rapid and uniform heating
- Optional DigiPROBE PFA coated temperature probe for direct control and monitoring of sample temperature (*sold separately)
- Temperature uniformity (at 150 °C): +/- 2 °C
- Accuracy (at 240 °C): +/-3 °C

The DigiPREP 240 MS Combi digestion system can be operated with either the economical Keypad controller or colour Touch Screen controller for operation.
Teflon® coated graphite inserts are also available for use with a variety of digestion vessels whilst custom manufactured inserts are available upon request.
